Social Scientist ~ Educator

Welcome! This website is a place for me to share my experiences and projects with the world. I am a research scientist and instructor interested in the intersection of human wellbeing and environmental health. I study the socio-psychological factors that influence individual and collective action pro-environmental behavior.
A Little About Me
I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. After high school, I moved to the central coast of California to
study Psychology and Education at UC Santa Barbara. During my undergraduate career I had the privilege to study abroad for a semester at the Pontificia Universidad Católica in Santiago, Chile. I eventually ended up in Fort Collins, CO to pursue a Masters of Science in Conservation Leadership at Colorado State University (CSU). I fell in love with Colorado and decided to stay a few more years for a PhD in Human Dimensions of Natural Resources. My passions include promoting health and wellness, taking on environmental issues, teaching, gardening, raising cats, playing soccer, coaching gymnastics, doing arts and crafts, and practicing Spanish!
